Industry Trade Tasting
Open exclusively to restaurant, hospitality & retail trade professionals for an afternoon of tastings, networking & discovery with featured wineries, producers & agave brands from across Mexico.

Five-Course Collaborative Wine Dinner
Begin the evening with a welcome pour before sitting down for an unforgettable five-course collaborative dinner showcasing some of the most exciting culinary talent in Texas. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with wines from acclaimed Mexican wineries, highlighting the depth, versatility & rising global recognition of Mexican wine — from crisp whites & elegant reds to bold reserve pours & an agave-forward finale.

El Último Mezcal Bar Takeover
Step inside El Último for an intimate late-night agave experience featuring curated mezcal pours, specialty cocktails & guided tastings hosted by the producers and brand representatives themselves. Guests will have the opportunity to explore the stories, traditions, production methods & regional differences behind each spirit while discovering rare agaves in one of Mexico Ceaty’s most intimate hidden spaces.

Spend the day exploring the energy of the Mexican Wine Festival throughout Dos Cantinas & the Sunken Gardens with interactive tastings, live entertainment, chef demonstrations & immersive experiences celebrating the flavors, spirits & culture of Mexico. Sip your way through Mexican wines from across the country, discover unexpected varietals, learn directly from industry experts & move between lively activations set against the backdrop of the River Walk.

Grand Tasting Event
As the sun goes down, the festival transforms into an energetic evening of wine, agave spirits, music & celebration at Dos Cantinas. Guests will explore tasting stations featuring 10 wineries from across Mexico alongside mezcal & tequila tastings, chef-driven food stations, passed hors d’oeuvres & live music throughout the night.
Move through immersive tasting experiences, discover bold reds, crisp whites, sparkling wines & rare agave spirits, then stay as the night continues into an afterparty overlooking the River Walk. Designed to feel vibrant, social & transportive, the Grand Tasting Event brings together the best of modern Mexican food, wine & nightlife in one unforgettable evening.

Bubbles & Brunch at Dos Cantinas
Close out the weekend with a king’s table-style Mexican brunch paired with sparkling wines & bubbles from across Mexico. Enjoy family-style breakfast favorites, vibrant brunch cocktails & sweeping River Walk views in a lively communal setting.

Tickets are required for all featured ticketed experiences including the Five-Course Collaborative Wine Dinner, Grand Tasting Event, El Último Mezcal Bar Takeover & Bubbles & Brunch.
Saturday’s daytime festival experiences from 11AM–6PM inside Dos Cantinas & the Sunken Gardens are open to the public, and guests are welcome to explore the festival atmosphere, featured activations & select experiences throughout the day without a ticket. Some specialty tastings, seminars & may have limited capacity.
Mexico Ceaty is located inside Shops at Rivercenter on the River Level. Nearby street parking & Rivercenter garage parking are available; parking is not included with ticket purchase. Ride share is highly encouraged for evening events.
Mexico Ceaty is located on the River Walk level inside Shops at Rivercenter in downtown San Antonio. Guests can enter directly from the River Walk level or through the main Rivercenter entrances and follow signage toward Mexico Ceaty.
