Mexico Ceaty is the result of an idea Chef Jason Dady has carried for more than a decade, shaped over years of travel throughout Mexico & continually refined through his time spent there.

What began as inspiration has evolved into something deeper: a place that brings together the spirit of Mexico with the soul of San Antonio—through food, culture & the way people gather.

Mexico Ceaty captures the energy of the plaza, the craft of the kitchen & the traditions behind every detail—blending what Jason experienced in Mexico with the character of the city he calls home.
